Yesterday night, when I read these verses from Eikha (the Book of Lamentations), I thought of the universality of the feeling of injustice:

Our inheritance (land) was turned over to foreigners, our houses to gentiles.
We had to pay money to drink our water and a price to bring our wood.

In particular, it is a proper to remember that Palestinans uprooted from their houses and fields feel that way, and settlers uprooted from Gush Katif as well.
